We know many people just want to find a price for our products. Unlike hobby machines and materials for consumers, that often have a standard retail price and no support, we sell professional products for business usage or the user seriously looking to grow into a business. Because of this, we believe it is critical to equip you with the right product in the configuration that suits your present and future needs. We will not just sell you what we have in stock.

We only offer high quality equipment that has been proven reliable over years in a wide range of industries. We carry a full range of spare parts in Australia to provide you with superb backup and support, and we can offer overnight delivery to most locations. Our support team offers ongoing training across Australia.
As an indication, we look at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) plus freight and custom fees, converted to Australian Dollars, plus the compulsory 10% Goods & Service Tax. Depending on the product, we usually add an allowance for local training and support. We find this is critical to our clients’ success. We have heard too many stories of people buying an unsupported machine based on initial price, to find it breaks and they have wasted their investment. Even worse, they then feel this is the nature of the product. With a proactive service plan, a professional machine from a reputable supplier can give years of trouble free service with low ongoing costs.
Here are some questions to ask when considering a laser. To meet your duty of care it is critical your laser complies with the AS/NZS IEC 60825.1:2014 standard for safety of laser products. Please contact our sales team for more information on the best solution for your business.
